What times are available for rent?

The times available to book online are between 5am and 11pm.

However, we do have some amazing LED ceiling lights and rentable lighting equipment which will enable booking outside of these times.

When is lighting the best?

Lighting is absolutely beautiful throughout the entire day!

We have large storefront windows on the south and west side of the building. These windows create a very even light in the studio between the hours of 8am to 11am and 2pm to 5pm. During the hours of 11am to 2pm, there is slightly harsher light shining in on our north wall. All while still creating stunning and even light in other areas of the studio.

We also have sheer white curtains to cancel out any unwanted harsh light. This makes the studio bookable through the entire day!


What type of backdrops and textures will I find in the studio?

On our north wall, you will find elegant square moulding that covers the entire wall. We have plain white walls on the east and south side.

We also have 2 mobile walls in the color black and coral.

Coming soon are some Savage Seamless backdrop paper in the color “bone” and “cocoa.” These will be available for rent for $8 per back drop.

Can I use the furniture?

Absolutely! All furniture within the studio is free to use with your booking. We simply ask that you to be mindful of the floors and not drag furniture across the floor. You are welcome to move any furniture around the room when needed.

Do you provide a photographer?

We do not. You will need to bring your own photographer.

We are currently working to produce a carefully curated list of our preferred vendors. Be on the lookout for that soon!

How many people are allowed in the studio for a photoshoot?

Your booking includes a maximum number of 2 photographers per shoot.

Large families, models, and stylists are welcome free of charge.


Are styled shoots allowed in the studio?

Styled shoots are always welcome! You can add 1 additional photographer to your shoot for free! After that, we do charge $30 per photographer. You can simply use the '“add on” service at booking to add additional photographers to your session.

Do you allow events in the studio?

Of course! We would be absolutely honored to host any small events such as: workshops, birthdays, bridal get readies, etc. Like styled shoots, these are a custom price depending on the details, amount of people, and hours needed.
